Getting Started

Itinirare is a travel companion app β€” not a trip planner. It keeps all your existing bookings and reservations beautifully organized in one place, in a day-by-day timeline.

You book your trips wherever you normally do (airline websites, Booking.com, OpenTable, etc.), then forward your confirmation emails to Itinirare. We parse them automatically and build your itinerary for you.

Tap the + button on the Trips screen and give your trip a name and destination. Once it's created, you can add bookings to it by forwarding confirmation emails via the Smart Import tab, or by adding them manually.

Itinirare is free to download and use. Some advanced features may be available as part of a premium plan. Check the app for the latest information on pricing and what's included.

Itinirare is available on iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). Your trips sync across devices when you're signed into the same account.

Email Import

Every Itinirare account has a personal import email address (found in the Smart Import tab). When you receive a booking confirmation, simply forward it to that address.

We automatically extract the booking details β€” dates, confirmation codes, locations, times β€” and add the item to the matching trip in your account.

Yes! If your confirmation arrived as a PDF attachment (e.g. a flight e-ticket or hotel voucher), just forward the email with the PDF attached. Itinirare will extract the details from the attachment as well.

Itinirare matches the booking dates against your existing trips automatically. If your flight departs on April 2nd and you have a trip from April 2–9, the booking will be placed in that trip.

If no matching trip is found, the booking will appear in your inbox for you to assign manually.

Trips & Bookings

Yes. Tap the + button on any day in your trip timeline to add a booking manually. Choose the type (flight, hotel, restaurant, etc.) and fill in the details.

Yes. Your trip data is stored on your device and fully accessible without an internet connection. This is especially useful when travelling internationally or in areas with poor coverage.

Weather forecasts and AI tips require a connection to refresh, but your bookings and timeline are always available offline.

Weather forecasts are fetched automatically based on the destination and dates of each trip. Itinirare also surfaces local public holidays for each destination, so you're aware of any potential closures or changes to opening hours.

For each day of your trip, Itinirare generates context-aware tips β€” nearby restaurant picks, activity suggestions, local insights, and practical advice β€” tailored to your destination, the time of year, and the gaps in your schedule.

Tips are aware of what you've already booked, so they focus on what you haven't planned yet.

Sharing & Travelers

Open the trip, tap the share icon, and choose whether to generate a view-only or edit link. Send that link to anyone β€” they can open the full itinerary in their browser without needing to install Itinirare or create an account.

Yes. When generating a share link, you can set an expiry date. After that date, the link will no longer work. You can also revoke a link at any time from the trip settings.

Adding a traveler registers a person on the trip β€” you can assign specific bookings to them and their name appears throughout the itinerary. This is for people actually on the trip.

Sharing a link gives someone access to view or edit the itinerary. This is useful for anyone who needs to see the trip (family members, travel agents, etc.) regardless of whether they're traveling with you.

Account & Privacy

Yes. Your trip data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

You can delete your account at any time from Profile β†’ Settings β†’ Delete Account in the app. This will permanently remove all your data from our servers. If you have trouble, contact us at support@itinirare.com.

Yes. You can export any trip as a PDF or share it via a link. A full data export option is available from your Profile settings.
